Now that GDPR has come into force we are sending more documents to clients via our Secure Document Portal. This also enables clients and contacts to send information and documents back to us via the secure portal instead of by email.
Some documents require approval or a signature so the portal also allows recipients to digitally sign a document. Clients have been used to this method for some years when approving and signing annual accounts and personal tax returns so many will already be familiar with it.
