Prime Chartered Accountants is an independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers spread across two locations – Coventry and Solihull.

The company’s roots date back to the 1950’s when Pilley & Florsham was formed in Coventry. In 2006, Pilley & Florsham merged with Solihull-based firm Raftery & Co (founded in the late 1970’s) to establish Prime Chartered Accountants. As part of the company’s expansion plans, in early 2009 Prime acquired the Coventry based firm Chaplin Hall.

We pride ourselves on our approach to servicing clients and ensure that we develop a good understanding of your business or organisation, in order to provide excellent ongoing support.
