Kevin Johns

Managing Director

Based in the Solihull Office, Kevin has over 25 years experience advising clients in the SME market.

Kevin is one of Prime’s key audit specialists and looks after a portfolio of clients ranging from large privately owned manufacturing enterprises, charities and solicitors, together with a broad range of clients across most sectors. His strengths lie in his ability to cut through the jargon of accountancy speak and in proactively identifying the best ways forward for his clients.

Kevin is a part of the Solihull Chamber of Commerce executive committee and Chairman of the Solihull BID. 

He is married and has two children, and when not in the office (or as Kevin would prefer, out helping clients) he coaches rugby or spends time during the winter months taking the boys ski-racing around Europe.

Laurence Moore

Consultant

In Laurence’s role as a consultant he stays involved in assisting clients with bespoke cloud based accounting solutions and ad hoc matters.

Very much an advocate of technology Laurence spent much of his career embracing technology and utilising the advantages it provides to improve the solutions offered to clients. Laurence first started using Xero in 2009 when the software first launched in the UK and has assisted a wide range of clients from various industries ever since. Laurence has taken the lead on setting up many bespoke accounting solutions for clients using the software and the add on packages Xero works with. The solutions offered to clients have reduced the admin element of clients’ accounting functions and improved the information provided to the business owners.

After completing a BA Honours degree in Business Studies, Laurence joined Prime (formerly Pilley & Florsham) as the firm’s first Chartered Accountant trainee. He qualified in 1983 and was presented with the Warwickshire Prize for being the highest placed Warwickshire Society student in the Institute's finals. After qualifying, Laurence left and joined his father in practice in Leamington Spa. When his father retired in 1985, they merged the practice with that of Pilley & Florsham and became the Leamington branch office.

Laurence was appointed a partner of Pilleys in January 1986, retired as a Director of Prime in 2018 and remains an active consultant in the business.

Outside of the office, Laurence has voluntary posts as the Finance Director of a School Multi Academy Company and Finance Director of The Albany Theatre Trust. He has an interest in photography, videography and music having played the keyboard in various local bands.

 

Jamie Skelding

Director

Jamie was educated at Bablake School in Coventry and joined Prime (formerly Pilley & Florsham) in 1985 where he trained as an accountant. After many years building up his experience and managing various groups of clients, he qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in July 1996 and became a partner in January 2000.

Jamie oversees Prime’s Payroll department, the firm's outsourced, BACS accredited payroll solution for clients and oversees the internal IT strategy for the firm.

For over twenty years he has managed a varied portfolio of clients, providing all round business advice, the businesses ranging from new start ups through to established businesses. Designing, preparing and analysing management information with a view to appraising and improving business performance and helping clients to set and achieve their goals.

When not at his desk, Jamie can either be found ploughing the fairways (and rough!!) or looking after his young family. He also has a keen interest in West Ham United FC.

Morgan Davies

Director

Morgan began training to be a Chartered Accountant in 1994 at an independent Birmingham firm which predominantly serviced the SME market. He qualified in 1998 and gained a great deal of experience in audit before deciding to move on to a top 10 national firm, where he managed a portfolio of clients and supervised the larger audits including high profile and listed companies.

He joined Prime (formerly Pilley & Florsham) in 2004 as Senior Audit Manager to head the audit and accounts department. In January 2007, Morgan was appointed as a Director of Prime.

Morgan now heads up Prime’s audit and accounts department. He is one of the firm’s specialist audit directors and is also responsible for the training and development of the department.

Morgan enjoys really getting to understand his clients’ businesses so that he can provide the appropriate support and advice to help them drive their business forward.

He is also a Xero certified partner, helping clients streamline their accounting systems to provide them with efficient and timely management information.

Outside of the office Morgan suffers by watching the rise and fall of Aston Villa Football Club.

Jeremy Kitson

Director

Jeremy joined Prime (formerly Pilley & Florsham) after completing a BA Honours degree in Business Studies at Coventry University. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003. He was appointed as a director of the firm in July 2017.

Based in the Solihull office, Jeremy is one of Prime’s audit specialists and also heads up Prime’s Charity department.

Jeremy has dealt with a broad range of clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, IT, charity, healthcare, automotive, construction and property, transportation, leisure and education.

Jeremy lives in Solihull and is married with a son and a daughter. He enjoys skiing and is a keen football follower now that his playing days are behind him. He is an active member of Coventry Round Table.

Steve Harcourt ACA

Director

Steve Harcourt joined Prime in October 2007, having previously gained ten years’ experience working for a Coventry based sole practitioner where he trained and qualified with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Following numerous promotions Steve was appointed a director of the firm in July 2017.

Steve has extensive experience of all aspects of accounting including cash flow reporting and compiling internal financial reports. Steve manages the entire outsourced virtual accounts office for one of the region’s leading tourist attractions. He also manages the firms’ contractor offering and advises clients on their IR35 status.

An approachable and commercially astute accountant, Steve is focused on offering clients added value. He has particular expertise in the Engineering and Construction sector.

Born and bred in Bedworth, Steve gained an honours degree at Middlesex University and now lives in Nuneaton with his wife Claire and two children. Outside of work Steve has been a member of Nuneaton golf club for over 20 years and tries to find time to play as often as possible. He is also a keen cyclist and life long supporter of Coventry City Football Club.

 

Michael Jellicoe

Consultant

Mike started his life in Suffolk. He took a degree in pure mathematics at St. Andrews University. After training at Arthur Andersen and then a small two partner firm in London specialising in the entertainment industry he qualified as a chartered accountant in 1976 being awarded the ‘tax prize for the best paper during his professional exams.

Following qualification Mike gained experience within small accountancy firms before being made partner at Raftery & Co (which later became part of Prime). After 7 years as partner, Mike moved to London and decided to start his own practice specialising in the not for profit sector and bespoke accounts and tax advice for successful professionals both UK and non-UK domiciled. He ran the practice for 28 years moving back to the Midlands 20 years ago. He remained in touch with Prime throughout and merged his practice with Prime in late 2016.

Mike’s clients have won the best in category award for Charity Accounts in two successive years. He was awarded a diploma in Charity Accounting in 2007. Mike was a founder member of the Charity Practitioners forum and its chair from 2014 to 2016.

Outside of work Mike is married with two adult children. He enjoys travelling, yoga and walking.

Adrian Pym

Director

Adrian joined Prime in May 2012, having gained over 25 years experience in the financial aspects of disputes and litigation, acting as adviser, expert witness, expert determiner and mediator, spanning all types of dispute.

His expertise covers all types of forensic work including partner and shareholder disputes, business valuation, business interruption, loss of profit claims, professional negligence, fraud and matrimonial.

Adrian regularly lectures to solicitors, barristers and accountants on a range of forensic accounting topics.

Adrian is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Academy of Experts. He also a qualified Expert Determiner and Accredited Mediator and is on the ICAEW Presidents Appointments Panel for dispute resolution appointments.

In his spare time Adrian is a keen photographer and has even managed to sell a few of his "snaps".

Glen Callow

Prime Wealth Director

Glen is the Director of Prime Wealth, the financial planning arm of Prime Accountants Group and works out of both offices. This ‘in-house’ relationship ensures a much more ’joined-up’ approach for clients.

A local lad, educated at Solihull School, Glen has worked in a number of financial planning businesses in the West Midlands and Warwickshire region, specialising in the advice requirements of owner managers and high net worth individuals.

Glen is passionate in the design and implementation of an advice process that not only considers traditional financial planning vehicles but also integrates both tax and legal specialists to cover a far wider range of services than that delivered by a traditional financial planning firm.

Along with advising clients with their various pension, investment and wealth structuring requirements, Glen is the director responsible for the day to day running of Prime Wealth, defining and implementing its service proposition, use of technology, selection of its investment partners and relationship with the professional community.

In his spare time (when he has some) he enjoys watching and participating in sport and spending time with his growing family.

Paul Guise ACA

Director

Paul joined Prime in July 2015 as an Accounts Manager with a wealth of experience advising owner managed businesses. In July 2017 Paul was promoted to Senior Audit & Accounts Manager, and then later promoted to Associate Director in January 2021, followed by Director in October 2022.

Paul began training in 1998 at a large independent firm of accountants in the Midlands. Having worked within the audit department, Paul was promoted to Accounts department manager shortly after qualifying in 2005 and worked closely with their SME client base.

Through working at various offices around the Midlands Paul has gained a wide range of experience of different industry sectors.

Away from the office Paul lives with his wife and two children in Nuneaton, is a keen football fan supporting Liverpool FC and enjoys hacking his way around the local golf courses.

Kerrie Given

Associate Director

Kerrie joined Prime in 2006 as a Payroll Administrator, progressing to the role of Payroll Manager in 2010 and further elevating to Senior Payroll Manager in 2016. In 2022, she transitioned into the role of Senior Practice Manager. As of January 2024, Kerrie has assumed the position of Associate Director at Prime, overseeing Payroll and Central Services, marking her integration into the leadership board.

As a local girl, educated at Cardinal Newman Secondary School, Kerrie has worked in a number of sectors including Local Government and the Car Manufacturing Industry, bringing a wealth of payroll knowledge to the firm.

Kerrie has spent many years managing Prime’s outsourced payroll service and giving payroll advice to clients and businesses of all sizes and across all industry sectors, specialising in taking on new payroll clients and liaising with business owners to ensure the process is seamless. Kerrie has an excellent working knowledge in the day to day running of a payroll, supervision and training of staff and the implementation of new systems such as Star Payroll Professional, Oracle, Sage, Staffology HR and others.

Kerrie achieved her CIPP Diploma in Payroll Management in 2001, becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals. Kerrie has also Tutored for the CIPP and enjoys the opportunity to get involved in any changes within the payroll profession engaging frequently with HMRC and The Pensions Regulator, providing valuable feedback to assist in future changes that are on the horizon.

Always keen to keep learning Kerrie graduated from the university of Lincoln in 2023 with a BA (Hons) in Business and Management, and also holds a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. She is known for her unwavering commitment to excellence, whether it's optimising internal procedures, ensuring compliance, or seeking innovative ways to meet client objectives.

Away from the office Kerrie loves spending time with her husband, daughters and long walks with her dog, and enjoys doing anything active that pushes her to her limits.  

Gareth Jackett

Tax Manager

Gareth Jackett joined Prime in December 2015, having previously worked at another local practice for 24 years where he qualified with the Association of Taxation Technicians. He became a fellow of the association in 2011.

He has gained experience working for the Inland Revenue and HM Customs & Excise.

His experience in practice has been focused on dealing with owner managed businesses, individuals and trusts and has encompassed corporation tax, PAYE/CIS and all aspects of personal taxation. Gareth undertook further studies and in November 2017 was awarded a certificate in Probate and Estate Administration.

Gareth is married with three children. In his spare time he enjoys watching rugby especially when Wales win and attends a local church.

Sarah Hill

Business Services Senior Manager

Sarah is senior manager of our Business Services department and is based in our Coventry office. In this role Sarah assists clients with their day to day accountancy requirements and her client base covers a broad range of owner managed businesses in a variety of sizes and industries.

Sarah has a background of working in practice and qualified as a member of ACCA in 2007; in addition she holds a Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes. Her experience includes accounts, payroll, tax, bookkeeping, management accounts and VAT.

Following a short break from work for maternity leave Sarah joined Prime in October 2013.

Most of Sarah’s time outside of work is spent looking after her young children, but she does enjoy going to the theatre, shopping, and walking her dog.

Nick Ballard

IT Manager

Nick joined Prime in 2006 as IT Manager, after spending the previous 12 years providing IT support to the firm via a third party. He provides IT services not only to Prime internally but also to Prime clients.

Nick, together with his team, has expertise in wireless network installations, VPN configuration, server installation and Citrix administration, as well as a whole raft of other computer related capabilities. He can also turn his hand to application programming and, as a consequence, has created a variety of applications for in-house use at the Prime offices.

Having been involved with computers since leaving school, he has a Diploma in Computers and Diploma in Performance Management as well as the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) qualification.

When not tinkering with hardware or software, Nick can be found performing DIY and has, successfully, installed his own kitchen and built an outbuilding at his home in Nuneaton.

Martin Farrell

Senior Payroll Manager

Martin began working in Payroll in 2002 and has gained over 14 years of experience in all aspects of Payroll, having dealt with a varied amount of pay frequencies whilst working at various companies. Martin has processed payrolls in a variety of sectors including local government, payroll bureau and the automotive industry.

Over this period of time the duties concerning payroll have grown considerably and Martin has seen first hand the importance of providing an accurate and efficient service.

Martin has a CIPP diploma in Payroll Management

Away from the office Martin is keen on playing and/or watching any sport but his main “love” is Football and Everton (for his sins!!). and playing football in the Coventry Alliance football league for Christ the King.

Jacquie Hill

Accounts Production Manager

Jacquie joined Prime in September 2000 as a payroll clerk but quickly moved across to the accounts and audit team as an assistant, becoming a manager in April 2005.

Jacquie now manages a wide portfolio of sole-trader, partnership and smaller limited company clients. Over the years, Jacquie has dealt with a broad range of clients including those in the construction industry, retail and many more. Although her main role is managing year end accounts preparation, she also helps train new employees for the accounts and audit teams.

In her spare time Jacquie enjoys working on her allotment and swimming.

Leigh Dudley

Director

Leigh qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2003, joining Prime in August 2016, having previously gained over 17 years’ experience in general practice.

Leigh is currently a Director and works within our Audit and Accounts Department managing a wide range of clients and work types as well as being involved in the management, training and development of the department as a whole. From the accounting and tax requirements of small owner managed businesses through to audits of medium sized groups Leigh always strives to ensure that any work undertaken is to the highest possible standard and delivered in an efficient and timely manner.

Leigh has also gained experience in, and continues to undertake, Forensic Accounting assignments, completing a number of expert witness reports in his own name under the Family and Civil Procedure Rules. He is also an associate member of the Academy of Experts.

Outside of work, Leigh enjoys spending time with his family and travelling to the more remote parts of the UK. He also plays roller derby, field hockey and is a keen supporter of Everton Football Club.

Paislei Godley

Associate Director

Paislei qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Chartered Institute of Tax in 2013, in 2021 Paislei also became a Fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians. Following the previous tax manager’s leave for maternity and return in a new tax advisory role, Paislei was then appointed Tax Manager in 2013, Senior Manager in 2023 and now holds the position of Associate Director from January 2024. In this new role, Paislei heads up the personal tax compliance department as well as assisting with tax advisory work.

In 2011 Paislei was nominated and won the career advancement award at Solihull Chamber employee awards 2011. Paislei won this award after demonstrating drive, enthusiasm and willingness to learn by taking it upon herself to find out more about becoming tax qualified and further her career.

In her spare time Paislei enjoys playing netball and going on bike rides with her family which evolved from a new found love of cycling following our Gold Postbox Cycle Challenge.

Emma Abbotts

Senior Accounts Manager

Emma is one of our Account managers based in the Solihull office. Emma joined Prime in July 2015 as an Audit & Accounts senior and was promoted to Assistant Accounts manager in October 2017. In March 2018 Emma was promoted further to Accounts Manager.

Having started her accounting career as a trainee accountant at a small independent firm, Emma qualified as a member of AAT and was made Audit & Accounts Semi senior. Emma moved to Solihull in 2009 to join a larger firm where she gained more experience acting for SME’s and auditing. During this time she qualified as a member of ACCA and was promoted to Accounts and Audit senior.

Over the years Emma has seen first hand the benefits technology can bring clients and relishes the opportunity to utilise such software to better the client experience. Throughout her career Emma has gained a large amount of knowledge and experience in working with SME’s and also with solicitor SAR audits.

When Emma is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family, going shopping and when time allows, getting away on holiday. 

Suresh Pabari

Consultant

After considering his long term plans Suresh joined Prime in 2018 bringing with him his team and client base. Suresh joined Prime as a consultant and stays heavily involved in his clients’ affairs on a day to day basis.

Suresh’s career in accountancy started in 1971 when he began to train with a small firm in Birmingham. After qualifying as a Certified Accountant Suresh joined KPMG where he gained valuable experience working with clients across a broad range of industries.

Following this Suresh set up his own practice, S.Pabari & Co. which he ran for 38 years, servicing clients across the Midlands with compliance accounting, taxation advice and payroll services. S.Pabari & Co established a strong client base of pharmacist clients from which Suresh and his team were able to build extensive experience is this field.

Suresh was approached by a number of firms but was impressed by Prime’s emphasis on client service and brand values which are embraced throughout the firm. Suresh and his team have always treated client service with the utmost importance and therefore felt the transition to Prime would be seamless and to the benefit of this clients and staff.

Away from the office Suresh likes to keep fit by jogging, swimming and playing tennis, although nothing keeps him fitter than chasing after his three grandchildren.

Sally Baldey

Accounts Manager

Sally began her accountancy career in industry whilst studying for her CIMA qualification which she completed in 2005. She later moved into practice at a firm in Chichester in 2007 where she began working as an Accounts Senior, before being promoted to Accounts Manager in 2014.

Sally joined Prime in December 2018 after relocating to the Midlands for her husband’s job and is now one of our Accounts Managers. She has experience of acting for many types of client including SMEs, sole traders, partnerships and trusts.

Whilst not at work, Sally enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. She has recently joined a local choir and also enjoys going on holiday to warm places so that she can go scuba diving.

 

Siobhan Ceairns

Forensic Manager

Siobhan joined Prime in January 2020 as a Forensic Manager. 

Before joining Prime, Siobhan worked as a Business Services Manager at another firm of accountants. This role allowed Siobhan to gain a broad experience of many different clients requiring a range of different services, and she enjoyed learning about their businesses and assisting the owners with their accounting queries. By working closely with her clients’ Siobhan got to understand both their business and personal objectives which allowed her to develop good working relationships. 

Siobhan applied her varied client experience when working on cases involving business valuations, matrimonial finance, contractual disputes and fraud investigations, before joining Prime to concentrate solely on Forensic Accounting.

Outside the office, Siobhan enjoys socialising with friends and family and also going on holiday, but this is all whilst she is not running around after her two young children.

Callum O'Rourke

Financial Advisor

Callum is a Chartered Financial Planner at Prime Wealth, the financial planning arm of Prime Accountants Group. He supports Glen in the delivery of quality, independent financial advice as well as managing a portfolio of clients of his own.

He was born in Birmingham and educated in Solihull. He graduated in 2008 from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Accounting and Financial Management, before setting off around the world to travel.

Callum joined the Prime Wealth team in February 2020 having worked at both Coutts and Succession Wealth for much of his career, and brings with him experience of dealing with high net worth individuals and corporate clients. Callum has a passion for educating clients about their wealth and what it means for them and their families, particularly in the retirement planning space (both pre and post-retirement). His use of cashflow modelling really brings the client’s financial plans to life and helps to inform his recommendations.

Callum is a member of the Personal Finance Society and achieved Chartered status towards the end of 2019.

Callum likes to spend his spare time with his family, as well as keeping fit and attending music gigs.

Kieran Allen

Audit & Accounts Manager

Kieran joined Prime in July 2015, after graduating from University of Chester in 2015, where he studied law. He then began studying at Prime and working towards his ACA and BFP qualifications which he then later completed in 2019, before becoming a manager in August 2021. 

Since working at Prime, Kieran has worked to support a large variety of clients which has allowed him to expand his knowledge and build transferrable skills that will help when assisting any and every client. One particular area Kieran has focused on and now specialises in, is Solicitors Accounts Rules. 

In his spare time, Kieran enjoys playing golf (however admittedly rather badly), spending time with family and friends, and going to watch the football. 

Tom Branson

Accounts Manager

Tom joined Prime in 2017 and became a manager in August 2021. He previously studied Classics at University of Warwick and graduated in 2011, before joining another local accountancy firm in Birmingham where he studied towards his ACCA qualification, which he gained in 2015. 

Since joining Prime, Tom has gained a vast range of experience with SMEs and charities and worked with a variety of clients of varying sizes. 

In his spare time, Tom enjoys reading, playing piano and spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys going to the football and supports Aston Villa. 

Mani Pall

Tax Manager

Mani joined Prime in 2021 as a Tax Manager. He started his career in 2000 with an independent tax business, and then went on to work at a number of top accountancy firms prior to joining the Prime team.  

Mani specialises in private client work where he manages self-assessment returns for individuals and advises on a broad range of taxation matters concerning both UK and non-UK domiciled individuals. He has worked on a broad range of clients including high net worth individuals, owner managed businesses, sole traders, doctors and non-UK residents. As a private client tax professional, he has advised individuals on all aspects of personal taxation including residence, remittance basis planning, and inheritance tax planning. Mani enjoys the challenge of reviewing ever-changing tax landscape and applying it to his clients’ individual circumstances.

Mani has also assisted in internationally mobile employees including employer and employee tax compliance obligations, tax equalisation policy and pre departure and arrival planning including assignment structuring.

His approach has always been to work closely with clients to ensure all the available tax reliefs are optimized and to ensure the clients’ objectives are met. 

He enjoys the culture at Prime Accountants as it is a very friendly firm, with a strong focus on mental wellbeing, which he finds encourages a very positive environment in which to work. He loves the close knit and collaborative way in which the firm works as he and his colleagues are constantly sharing knowledge and making the best of their skill sets to the benefit of clients.

Outside of work, Mani enjoys playing football, tennis, running and bike riding whenever possible and spending time with family and friends.

Liam Hackett

Audit and Accounts Manager

Liam joined Prime in October 2011 after finishing his A Levels and began studying towards his AAT qualification, followed by his ACA qualification which he gained in 2019. Liam was then promoted to Assistant Manager in 2022.

During his time at Prime, he has gained a vast range of experience working with SMEs, groups and solicitor SAR audits, enabling him to support the variety of clients we work with at Prime. 

In his spare time, Liam enjoys spending time with family and friends, along with playing football and squash. He also enjoys going to watch the football and supports Aston Villa.

Tom Whitlock

Audit and Accounts Manager

Tom started his career in 2007 at a one partner firm based in Coventry, joining Prime when they acquired the firm in 2009.
During this time, Tom completed AAT and went on to qualify with ACCA.

Over the years Tom gained experience in many aspects of accounts and audit, with his time in recent years being dedicated to
leading audits of companies of various sizes from a broad range of industries and structures.

Tom likes the important game of most sports, TV, film, music and spending time with family.

Kain Burgin

Accounts Manager

Kain started his accountancy journey over 10 years ago when he finished sixth form early in order to take up an apprenticeship during which he studied for his AAT whilst gaining practical, hands on experience.

Following a change of jobs, Kain started studying his for his ACCA which he duly completed, becoming qualified in 2018. Over the years Kain has gained a wealth of experience dealing with SMEs covering all aspects of accounting and tax and taking a particular interest in streamlining the accounting systems of owner-managed businesses, creating more time for them to focus on the areas of the business that matter to them. 

In his spare time Kain enjoys playing tennis, hiking and is a member of his local archery club of which he acts as treasurer. Fortunately, he’s more accurate with his figures than he is with his arrows.

Gulraj Mankoo

Consultant

Gulraj qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 2004 having trained with an independent firm in Birmingham. After qualification he joined us to progress and become a partner in 2007. Gulraj is experienced in dealing with owner managed businesses, along with a vast experience in tax compliance work. He also specialises in tax investigations, tax planning and management consultancy and is involved in client liaison matters, marketing and the day to day matters of a busy practice.

An accomplished linguist, Gulraj can speak five languages and his friendly, hands on approach means that he is extremely popular with our clients (and colleagues!). Outside of work he is highly involved on a pro-bono basis with a busy International charity and is known for his love of good food, football, cricket, and cars.

 

Emma Clewes

Head of Tax

Emma joined Prime in September 2023 as Head of Tax. Emma recognises the importance of the SME environment and has a wealth of experience advising SME and owner managed businesses.

Emma qualified in 2004 as a Chartered Accountant having started training in 2001 at a small independent firm in the Midlands. Emma then moved to work within the Big 4 and Top 10 firms before joining Prime.

Emma has gained a wide range of experience of different industry sectors and has specialised in business taxes including corporation tax, restructuring and R&D reliefs. Emma’s focus is on providing commercial advice to SME business owners and a holistic view of their tax position.

Away from the office Emma lives with her husband and two children in Stourbridge. Emma is a keen rugby union fan, having coached to junior colts level, and enjoys open water swimming. Emma also enjoys walking and is often found outdoors in all weathers walking her two dogs.

 

 

 

Emily Sutton

Operations Manager for Wealth Department

Emily has worked within the Financial Services for a number of firms – both small and large during which time she has enjoyed a variety of roles allowing her to gain a holistic understanding of the industry.

 

Her employment with Prime Wealth spans across a 5 year period, initially starting her journey as an IFA Administrator and quickly progressing to a Senior IFA Administrator and more recently to Operations Manager.

 

Emily has always been heavily involved in the operational side of the business where her meticulous attention to detail is best utilised, providing support to the Prime Wealth team as a whole in an ever changing and complex industry.

 

Her passion and enthusiasm for the sector remain unwavering and she feels very fortunate to have found both an industry and a company / team that she loves being a part of.

 

In her spare time Emily spends the majority with family and relaxing at home, she is a big animal and music lover and when she has a quiet moment she loves nothing more than a good book.
