Many thanks to all our clients and professional contacts who have taken the time to complete the Prime Accountants Group Client Survey, which is now closed.
We are proud to have built our business on referrals and as such feedback is extremely important to us. We’ve therefore spent some time analysing the results to determine areas for improvement to enhance the service we provide, ensuring the longevity of our relationship.
The survey questions focused on three main areas:
• Our ability to fulfil our client’s needs
• Awareness of services offered by the Group
• Communications / contact with Prime
We are delighted that 96.5% of those completing the survey would recommend Prime to others, which is reflected in the statistics we keep relating to the source of enquiries received.
In addition, over 97% of respondents were either completely satisfied or satisfied with the overall service we provide.
A further 95% of respondents were either completely satisfied or satisfied with Prime understanding their overall business objectives.
94% of respondents were either completely satisfied or satisfied with Prime’s flexibility when dealing with their specific needs.
When asked about the range of services offered by the Group, the service most respondents were aware of was year end accounts, followed by tax planning and payroll. Unsurprisingly, the least known about service was identified as Forensic Accounting, a specialist area, providing support for company valuations, dispute resolution and matrimonial breakdowns where a business is involved.
Respondents seemed happy with the frequency of the contact received from Prime and were largely happy to communicate with us via email.
We are now focusing on the areas identified as needing improvement as we strive to satisfy all our clients.
