Prime appoints head of HR
Colin Rigo has been appointed as Head of HR at Prime Chartered Accountants, as part of the firms overall expansion plans for 2012.
Colin joins Prime from Leicester College where he was Business Manager for 4 years. During his time at the college, Colin was instrumental in improving motivation among staff, increasing work flow, implementing more efficient working practices and raising quality standards whilst ensuring income increased on an annual basis.
Previously Colin spent 16 years working for the Prison Service, starting as a Prison Officer before gaining promotion through the ranks to a Senior Manager, reporting directly to the prison Governor.
Colin brings with him a wealth of experience of managing people, from all different walks of life, dealing with a wide range of situations, both good and bad.

Colin has a Masters degree in Management and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
Colin will also assist clients with staff management and development issues.
