New purchase order feature on Xero!

Xero have announced over the weekend that clients can now create, send and manage Purchase Orders- their most requested feature!

This new function allows you to streamline the ordering process- from raising orders all the way through to billing and paying for goods. What’s more, you can even use this functionality on your Ipad!
Benefits include:

• Creating fully customisable purchase order documents
• Emailing these documents to your suppliers
• Easy to generate bills by copying existing purchase orders
• Copying purchase orders to new purchase orders and even to new sales invoices for on-charging
• Following an approval workflow in the same way you do for invoicing
• Managing and search your purchase orders from their own dashboard
