Prime joined with D&P Holt to deliver a well-received seminar about Commercial Property investment tonight, in Prime's Coventry office.

David Holy and Martyn Howard from D&P Holt explained the investment opportunities available in the current climate, demonstrating real world examples producing returns up to 17% p.a. 

Ruth Chapman from Prime explainied the tax implications of the different ways of owning your property investment and Glen Callow went through the ways of combining property investment with pensions.

Ways of reducung stamp duty land tax were also touched upon.
