3PS Blog stage 3 –battling against the conditions

Following this summers’ exploits the 3PS cyclists have become very experienced in packing for all day bike rides and weekends away. Tyres were pumped, spare inner tubes and energy drinks on board, the team stretched outside Prime’s Coventry office and everyone was well aware that this final stage was a greater challenge than anything we had attempted before.

Stage two of the 3Ps challenge saw the team cycle from our Solihull office to Scafell Pike, we then got off the bikes and into boats to row Lake Windermere and finished the weekend of by hiking up Scafell Pike. The video of how we got on can be viewed here.

3PS Challenge update

Since the conception of the idea the 3PS challenge has captured the imagination and enthusiasm of all those who have taken part in the challenge. The 3PS Challenge team includes no less than 46 members, a combination of the Prime team, our professional contacts, friends and family.

The trials and tribulations of 3PS Stage 2

In our experience cyclists and motorists don’t mix too well, so in order to minimise any potential contact (and by contact we mean road rage and crashes) the alarms were set for 5am Thursday morning and the 3PS cycling contingent assembled on Prime Island shortly after 6am.

Stage two of the 3Ps Challenge

The Prime team are gearing up for the second stage of the 3Ps Challenge (pedals, paddles and peaks), as they prepare to cycle to and take on Lake Windermere and Scafell Pike in aid of Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
