Excellent results in our client and professional contact satisfaction survey

Every two years we ask our clients and professional contacts to complete a satisfaction survey to understand their experiences working with us, identify areas where we have excelled and feedback any areas where we can improve.

Firstly, we would like to thank all of our clients and contacts who completed the survey. Feedback is extremely important to us as we are always looking at how we can work more effectively and your comments allow us to continually improve the service we offer.

Results from our recent survey were extremely positive with improvements in almost every area in comparison to our previous survey.

98% of those who completed the form were satisfied or completely satisfied with the overall service provided to them by Prime Accountants Group and 92% would recommend us.

The results from our survey highlight that a majority of our clients and professional contacts are content with the level of service which we deliver to them. At Prime we constantly look for ways to simplify business for our clients and judging by our results this is something which results in extremely high client and professional contact satisfaction.

There were a number of trends within our feedback, but the ones which appeared the most were our personal service, our availability, the level of trust our clients and professional contacts have in us, how forward thinking we are, our efficiency and knowledge and our ability to build long-term relationships.
