Albany theatre – Inaugural brochure
As part of our aim to play a positive role in the local community, Prime Accountants Group provides local charity, The Albany Theatre trust, with a full Virtual Accounts Office service and our Chairman, Laurence Moore, sits on the board as Finance Director.
The Prime Virtual Accounts Office team acts as the theatre’s accounts department and is responsible for all the day to day activity including book-keeping (using Xero), managing payments to suppliers, reconciliation of money received and payouts to hirers of the theatre, providing an online purchase order system for theatre volunteers as well as regular management information reports for board meetings.
Since its reincarnation in 2013 the theatre has gone from strength to strength and is now launching an inaugural brochure. They are offering businesses the opportunity to advertise within this brochure providing potential advertisers with a great opportunity to increase their brand awareness amongst the local community, as well as supporting a local charity.
