Kerrie Lucas
Payroll Manager
Kerrie joined Prime in March 2006 having previously worked for Coventry City Council’s Payroll Department for 7 years, working her way up from trainee to senior payroll officer. Now, with knowledge of both the public and private sectors, which has included dealing with local government and teachers’ pensions, Kerrie manages Prime’s Payroll department.
Kerrie has been a member of the Institute of Payroll Professionals (IPP) since graduating in 1996 and now in her spare time lectures for the IPP on the Foundation Degree in Payroll Management and other courses. She enjoys passing on her knowledge to others and finds it immensely satisfying seeing her students graduate and progress with their own careers.
Kerrie loves the outdoors and includes netball, running, camping and skiing amongst her hobbies.
