The company’s roots date back to the 1950’s when Pilley & Florsham was formed in Coventry. In 2006, Pilley & Florsham merged with Solihull-based firm Raftery & Co (founded in the late 1970’s) to establish Prime Chartered Accountants. As part of the company’s expansion plans, in early 2009 Prime acquired the Coventry based firm Chaplin Hall.
