Prime to the rescue!

When the newly opened Childrens centre on the site of Langley Primary School put an ad in the local Chamber's Partners in Education e-news they never thought they might actually get what they were looking for!

With the building and interior work complete, there was just a few household plants needed to brighten up the place. That's when an appeal was made to Solihull Chamber members to see if anyone could help.

"Not having got involved with Solihull Chamber's Partners in Education initiative previously we were sure we'd get no response to our plea, so were absolutely delighted when Prime Chartered Accountants got in touch and said they could help" said Rashida Alliji, Centre Co-ordinator at the children's centre.

Premier member Prime, which has offices in the centre of Solihull as well as one in Coventry, were pleased to donated their office plants to the Children's centre.

"We are pleased that the plants went to a good home" said John Osbourne, a Director at Prime Chartered Accountants. " The facilities available at the centre are fantastic and I'm sure they will prove to be a great asset to the local community".

"At Solihull Chamber we recognise the importance of bringing all areas of the community together and thats why we have a 'Partners in Education' initiative. Many of the schools in the local area require help and where better to reach out to than local businesses" said Jane Jackson, Director of Solihull Chamber.
