Prime help Birmingham solicitors grow

Reilly & Co, a general practice law firm based in Hall Green, Birmingham, called in Prime Chartered Accountants when they went on the acquisition trail.

The practice was founded by Kevin Reilly in January 2008. Kevin had a vision to establish a law firm that strived to be different, that broke down the traditional barriers between clients and solicitors and offered a modern and efficient legal service.

Reilly & Co appointed Prime Partner Kevin Johns to assess the financial viability of the transaction and to conduct the due diligence on the deal.
