After completing his A-levels in 1999, Richard joined a local firm of accountants in Nuneaton where he worked in the accounts / audit department. Richard qualified as a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2002. In June 2003 Richard joined Prime (formerly Pilley & Florsham) as an accounts audit semi-senior.
Richard worked his way up to senior level level and during August 2005 he qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. To further his studies, Richard then went on to complete a BSc. Honours degree in Applied Accounting through the ACCA / Oxford Brookes scheme.
Richard was promoted to the role of accounts manager in January 2010, and now manages a wide portfolio of sole trader, partnership and limited company clients.
Away from work, Richard's interests include playing golf, snooker and going to the gym.
