Nick Ballard IT Manager

Nick joined Prime in 2006 as the IT Manager, after spending the previous 12 years providing IT support to the firm via a support company. He was the IT Manager at his former company so the role is very similar, although most of his 'clients' are now under one roof. Nick not only provides the Prime Group with his expertise but also Prime clients. His expertise ranges from basic fault finding, wireless networking, and VPN configuration right up to server installations and rectification.

He has been involved with computers since before leaving school and has a Diploma in Computers and a Diploma in Performance Management.

When not tinkering with hardware or software, Nick can be found performing DIY, which thankfully has progressed from Destroy-It-Yourself to Do-It-Yourself.

Nick is based at the Coventry office of Prime Accountants, but shares his time between both offices and clients of both offices.
