Nick was born in 1950 and from 1970 to 1980 was a trainee then a qualified chartered accountant in the Birmingham audit department offices of Thomson McLintock & Co now part of KPMG. He then worked ultimately as a partner in a firm in central Birmingham.
Nick joined Prime (formerly Pilley & Florsham) in 1986 and was a partner from 1989 to 2001 when he retired as a partner. He has since worked as a consultant for the firm. Nick works on accountancy related matters and also in all aspects of taxation both direct, indirect and capital as he is also a Chartered Tax Advisor. When not at work, Nick likes to join the " Barmy Army".
